“What would it be like if the staff of service organizations could have a place to go at work to be heard with empathy?”
Such was the musing from Pat Arcady who was inspired by the idea of empathy being a regular staple in our society. With the support of others interested in this vision she created a way for people wanting to practice empathic listening and be of service to link up with people in organizations who wanted support.
The Empathy Corps hopes to initially partner with agencies in Boston, Somerville and Cambridge.
